How much alcohol can you drink before it starts posing a risk to your health? Should different people set different limits? And what is the sliding scale of risk if you do drink? In this podcast by The National Health and Medical Research Council, Professor Jon Currie explains to Marilyn Chalkley that the new alcohol guidelines are not so much trying to tell people what they can or can’t do, as provide information so people can make their own choices about what they drink.
